We ship across the globe via FedEx.
We can send you the link to pay through Razorpay. You can just select PAYPAL FOR OUTSIDE INDIA ORDERS when you reach the payment page. After you place the order, we will mail you the link within 24 hours to make the payment. You need not have razorpay account to pay through that link. You can pay directly through your card as well by clicking on that payment link. Your order will be confirmed once you make the payment.
We charge International Shipping We charge shipping basis your order value.
Shipping charge of $20 levied on an Order value of $1-100
Shipping charge of $25 levied on an Order value of $101-200
Shipping charge of $30 levied on an Order value of $201-300
Shipping charge of $35 levied on an Order value of $301-500
Shipping charge of $40 levied on an Order value of $501-1000
Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Please mail us your order id at orders@britibuvana.com to cancel your order.
All products usually take 12-15 days to dispatch.
Purple Panchi tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
